Jeannie Haddaway-Riccio, Principal
Jeannie Haddaway-Riccio is a distinguished leader in government relations. She began her public service career as a delegate for District 37B in the Maryland House of Delegates, serving from 2003 to 2015. She was the youngest woman in the nation to serve in that capacity at the time. Haddaway-Riccio was a top advisor to Governor Larry Hogan as Deputy Chief of Staff, where she played a pivotal role in shaping Maryland's environment, energy, natural resources, transportation, labor, and IT policies. In 2019, she was appointed Secretary of the Maryland Department of Natural Resources where she served until 2023. In 2023, she joined RAUCH inc. where she serves as Vice President of Government Relations & Grants.
